The 2015 Guide for Ireland’s Family Carers

We in Guerin Media are delighted to announce that we will be launching our latest publication, The Carers Year Planner, in December 2014. The Year Planner will provide an easy reference for Carers, it will also have a daily medication checking system as well as useful numbers and contact details.

Last year we provided an actual A5 book but this proved extremely expensive, with a Year Planner, we can commit to reaching more people. The Planner will be distributed nationwide from December through every GP surgery, every practice nurse, and every citizen information centre.
